Refund policy
I. Return and Exchange Policy (Rules for Replacement and Return of Defective Products)
-
Replacement Parts Cost: During the warranty period, all costs for replacement parts caused by quality issues are borne by the Supplier, regardless of the warranty length.
-
Return/Exchange Conditions: Returns or exchanges are only applicable when the product has functional failure or quality defects, and the Buyer provides sufficient evidence (PI number, photos, videos, etc.) to verify the issue. If the evidence is insufficient, the Supplier has the right to request the product be sent back for testing; the test result will determine whether a return or exchange is granted.
-
Inspection Obligation upon Receipt: The Buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If any appearance damage or functional abnormality is found, the Buyer must take photos immediately as evidence and file a claim with the carrier (logistics company). Otherwise, subsequent exchange requests based on appearance issues may be rejected.
-
Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Situations (Disclaimer):
-
Damage caused by force majeure (war, fire, flood, earthquakes, etc.);
-
Performance defects that current manufacturing technology cannot achieve;
-
Damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized disassembly, or modification by the user.
-
-
Special Provisions for LED Products:
-
Minor appearance defects (such as scratches, color deviations, etc.) that do not affect normal functionality are not subject to return or exchange;
-
Luminous decay (light degradation) caused by usage time or environmental factors is considered a normal phenomenon and is not covered by the return/exchange policy.
-
-
Special Handling for Large Projects: If the order quantity exceeds 100 units and the total defect rate exceeds 30%, the Supplier will "make its best effort" to compensate for the Buyer's losses based on the maintenance bill provided (this is not a mandatory full return/exchange).
