Terms of service

II. Service Policy (After-sales Repair, Testing, and Technical Cooperation)

  • Maintenance Labor Cost: Within the warranty period, the labor cost for product repair (including testing, disassembly, debugging, etc.) is borne by the Supplier; the Buyer does not need to pay for this.

  • Inspection and Appraisal Services:

    • If the evidence provided by the Buyer (e.g., photos, videos) is insufficient to prove the defect, the Supplier has the right to request that the product be sent back to the Supplier's facility for testing and appraisal.

    • During the testing period, the Buyer must cooperate by providing relevant information (such as PI number, usage environment, etc.).

  • Cooperation for Inspection and Production Control:

    • If the Buyer needs to dispatch representatives, commission third-party agencies, or request the Supplier to conduct inspections, the Supplier must fully cooperate.

    • The Supplier must maintain controlled production processes. In the event of loss of control, the Supplier must immediately identify the cause and notify the Buyer; otherwise, all consequences shall be borne by the Supplier.

  • Design Change Control: Once bulk supply is confirmed, the Supplier may not arbitrarily change the design, technology, or appearance dimensions without obtaining prior written permission from the Buyer.

  • Confidentiality Service: Both parties have a mutual confidentiality obligation regarding the technical and commercial secrets of the products.

  • Compensation Service for Large Projects: For large projects (over 100 units with a defect rate exceeding 30%), the Supplier will, based on the maintenance bill provided by the Buyer, make its best effort to negotiate a compensation plan (not a fixed standard).
