Shipping policy

III. Logistics Policy (Freight Cost Sharing and Transportation Responsibility)

  • Return Logistics (Buyer → Supplier):

    • During the entire warranty period, the freight cost for sending defective products back to the Supplier is always borne by the Buyer (regardless of whether the warranty is 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or 5 years).

  • Return-to-Ship Logistics (Supplier → Buyer):

    • Early warranty period (first 3 months for short warranties / first year for long warranties): Borne by the Supplier;

    • Mid-to-late warranty period (3-6 months and beyond for short warranties / 1-2 years and beyond for long warranties): Transferred to the Buyer.

  • Replacement Material Shipping Logistics (Supplier → Buyer):

    • Early warranty period (first 6 months for short warranties / first 2 years for long warranties): Borne by the Supplier;

    • Late warranty period (beyond 6 months for short warranties / beyond 2 years for long warranties): Transferred to the Buyer.

  • Logistics Risk upon Receipt:

    • The Buyer must carefully inspect the goods upon receipt. If any damage is found, the Buyer must file a claim directly with the carrier (logistics/express company). The Supplier is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery to the Buyer.

  • Logistics for Return Testing: If the product is required to be sent back for testing due to insufficient evidence, the shipping cost for this return also follows the "Return Logistics" rule above (i.e., borne by the Buyer).
